NOMAD GEOMETRY

En 2026, j’ai envie de reconstruire Géométrie Nomade et de l’emmener vers un territoire plus libre, plus tactile et plus personnel.

La couleur reste au cœur de la série, mais elle dialogue désormais avec la matière, le relief et la diversité des surfaces. J’aime particulièrement faire coexister des zones brillantes, mates, texturées, lisses ou plus brutes. Cette diversité apporte à l’œuvre une respiration, une tension et une richesse visuelle qui participent pleinement à son identité.

Cette évolution est aussi un clin d’œil à mes années passées dans le monde de la mode et du textile. Je retrouve dans ce nouveau travail certains gestes familiers : assembler, superposer, construire, faire dialoguer les textures et transformer la surface par la matière.

La géométrie devient ainsi moins rigide, plus sensible, presque instinctive, construite à travers des fragments, des plis et des superpositions.

Commencée en 2012-2013, Géométrie Nomade poursuit aujourd’hui son voyage avec un nouveau langage, entre peinture, textile et sculpture, où la couleur, la matière, la lumière et le mouvement se rencontrent.

In 2026, I want to rebuild Géométrie Nomade and take it into a freer, more tactile and more personal territory.

Colour remains at the heart of the series, but it now enters into dialogue with matter, relief and the diversity of surfaces. I particularly enjoy bringing together glossy, matte, textured, smooth or more raw areas. This diversity gives each work a sense of breathing space, tension and visual richness that fully contributes to its identity.

This evolution is also a nod to my years in the world of fashion and textiles. In this new work, I reconnect with familiar gestures: assembling, layering, constructing, creating a dialogue between textures and transforming the surface through material.

Geometry therefore becomes less rigid, more sensitive, almost instinctive, built through fragments, folds and layers.

Begun in 2012–2013, Géométrie Nomade continues its journey today with a new language, somewhere between painting, textile and sculpture, where colour, material, light and movement come together.

Im Jahr 2026 möchte ich Géométrie Nomade neu aufbauen und die Serie in eine freiere, haptischere und persönlichere Richtung weiterentwickeln.

Farbe bleibt dabei das Herzstück der Serie, tritt nun aber stärker in einen Dialog mit Materialität, Relief und der Vielfalt der Oberflächen. Besonders reizt mich das Zusammenspiel von glänzenden, matten, strukturierten, glatten oder bewusst roheren Flächen. Diese Vielfalt verleiht jedem Werk Spannung, Tiefe und eine besondere visuelle Lebendigkeit.

Diese Entwicklung ist zugleich eine Anspielung auf meine Jahre in der Mode- und Textilwelt. In dieser neuen Arbeit greife ich vertraute Gesten wieder auf: zusammenfügen, überlagern, konstruieren, Texturen miteinander in Beziehung setzen und die Oberfläche durch Material verändern.

Die Geometrie wird dadurch weniger streng, sensibler und beinahe intuitiv – aufgebaut aus Fragmenten, Faltungen und Überlagerungen.

Die 2012–2013 begonnene Serie Géométrie Nomade setzt ihre Reise heute mit einer neuen Sprache fort – zwischen Malerei, Textil und Skulptur, dort, wo Farbe, Material, Licht und Bewegung aufeinandertreffen.
